At Zikusu, we specialize in the development and production of materials based on BN (boron nitride), which possesses excellent properties. We have been able to create various products by dispersing hexagonal boron nitride powder, also known as “white graphite,” which shares a similar crystal structure to graphite, using our proprietary technology. These products include lubricating release agents with excellent lubrication and release properties, as well as composite ceramics that combine boron nitride and alumina for high heat resistance, impact resistance, and electrical insulation.
Boron nitride (h-BN) has a layered structure similar to graphite and is a material known for its lubricity and release properties. Unlike graphite, which is electrically conductive, boron nitride (h-BN) is electrically insulating and possesses excellent chemical stability and thermal stability.

Boron nitride (h-BN) finds various applications in the electronics industry, including semiconductor diffusion, heat dissipation sheets, and high-frequency electrical insulation. In the glass industry, it is used as a lubricant, release agent, and fixture. In the field of metal melting, it is used in valves, troughs, pipes, and boards. It is also used as an additive in resins, refractories, rubber, and other materials. Furthermore, it is utilized for precise experimental purposes and in applications such as nuclear reactors and rockets.

BN系マシナブルセラミックス素材は高純度BN、BN-Si3N4複合材、BN-Aℓ2O3複合材の3タイプを取り扱っています。
高純度BNは不活性雰囲気中で1,800~2,000℃の耐熱性があり化学的に安定です。
BN-Si3N4複合材はBNに高強度を付与した素材です。BN-Aℓ2O3複合材はBNの特性を保持した最も安価な素材です。

Zikusu offers three types of BN-based machinable ceramic materials: high-purity BN, BN-Si3N4 composite, and BN-Al2O3 composite.
High-purity BN exhibits high heat resistance in an inert atmosphere, ranging from 1,800 to 2,000°C, and it is chemically stable.
BN-Si3N4 composite is a material that combines BN with high strength.
BN-Al2O3 composite is the most cost-effective material that retains the characteristics of BN.

一般的なBNスプレーの溶媒には塩化メチレンなどの規制物質が用いられますが、ジクス工業では規制対象外で無害なイソプロピルアルコールを用いています。

Hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) has a structure similar to graphite and exhibits excellent lubrication and release properties. We handle BN slurry and BN spray, which are prepared by dispersing this BN powder using our proprietary technology.
While conventional BN sprays often use regulated substances such as methylene chloride as solvents, Zikusu utilizes isopropyl alcohol, which is not subject to regulations and is harmless to both the environment and human health.

BN-Al2O3 composite ceramics have been developed as materials for fixtures used in the manufacturing or assembly of electronic components. They offer high strength and excellent heat shock resistance.
BN-Si3N4 composite ceramics have been developed specifically for low-temperature bonding fixtures and molten metal components, offering high strength and excellent heat resistance.
High-purity BN ceramics are resistant to wetting and reaction with molten metals and glasses. They exhibit chemical stability and can be machined using conventional tools after firing.
The spray-type lubricating release agent utilizes dispersed hexagonal boron nitride powder, which is often referred to as “white graphite,” and is created using our proprietary technology.
The BN powder ZSA series offers three grades: ZSA-200, which consists of ultra-fine particles and exhibits excellent sinterability; ZSA-20, which excels in lubrication and release properties; and ZSA-5, which has been further crystallized.
